Oriental Cuisine Patrol

I used to get fed up over Chinese food, how ridiculous can that be? Maybe it's because the eyes have seen enough of the food and i ended up going for the non oriental food. That was last time and since i am no longer working there, i am tantalizing my taste buds with oriental Cuisines. Gordon and i decided to drop by there for a spanking good dinner, at the same time to drop by there to say hi to a couple of my ex work mates.

Tonight's menu is Sze Chuan mince pork soup(not in photos), home made beancurd and Foo Chow style pork. I personally love beancurd myself and the home made beancurd from Dynasty Chinese restaurant, The texture and the flavor of the beancurd is at the right taste, one of the dishes i will defitnately recommend.

Next is the Foo Chow style pork, at our first glance of the pork it may looked like a piece of crap which just came out of the wok because of the black sauce masking it. Wrong again, after the waitress sliced up the pork, it showed how tender the meat is on the inside and juicy as well. It's new in the menu, it was definitely worth trying the dish. All just for RM49.86, the price is just moderate for a hotel's Chinese restaurant.

can ask recipe how they do it?

Naiveidealist: it's actually pretty simple i think, but making them revealing the recipe is no easy task
